NATIONAL CENTRE FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (amsterdam-Netherlands) / Renzo Piano













The section above showing the route leading from the square into the museum. In this section clearly draw the function of each room and access from one level to another level. With the component used on the section showing the activity of each space.

Access
the interior of the science centre is organized on different level that diagonally across the building, linkes by a large holes in the floors, which are illuminated from above. staircase also pass through these gaps. The wells of light create a sophisticated sequence of spaces, providing a visual connection between the various part of the construction. As soon as the visitors come into the entrance hall they are presented with a view of all the spaces. At fifth level, accessible by means of another straircase, is a panoramic restaurant, with a small terrace.

from the section, i would like to emphasized the access  which leading from the entrance to the exit and component showing the function of each spaces on my section drawing.
